How does it work?

Am I suitable for this treatment?
Desirial® filler is specifically formulated to be suitable for use on the labia majora and vaginal mucosa. This treatment is usually of interest to women in their 40’s, 50’s and above who find that their skin has lost volume, and this is impacting the natural contours of the vulva-vaginal area. The treatment could also be used for women of younger ages should they feel that their labia majora needs volume or they need to enhance their G-spot sensitivity.

Does it hurt?
The application of an injection at Dr. SW Clinics is exceptionally comfortable although some people may experience a mild stinging or scratching sensation as it is inserted into the skin. SW Clinics makes all treatments and procedures as comfortable as possible, and intimate augmentation uses a numbing cream (applied 20 – 30 minutes beforehand) to minimise any potential discomfort followed by local anaesthesia.
How long does it take?
The whole process can take 30 mins.
Is there any downtime/recovery time?
The area may feel tender for the first few hours after the procedure. Typically, Desirial® filler doesn’t stop you from continuing with your usual daily tasks. There are ingredients within the filler that work to help reduce post-treatment inflammation.
What results can I expect?
The results of the Desirial® Plus fillers are visible immediately after treatment. The skin will appear instantly volumised, which also works to create a firmer looking structure that is more even in texture as volume is restored. These fillers are designed to be long lasting and can last for up to 18 months before a top up is required.
It can take a few days to feel the results from Desirial® filler once it is injected inside the vagina.
