How does our penis enlargement work?
The soft tissue or dermal filler products that we use at our penis enlargement clinic are based on hyaluronic acid (HA). This is a natural substance which is produced daily by the body and has water gathering properties. This means that it is regarded as a natural, internal moisturiser, giving plumpness and hydration to all layers of skin tissue to add volume, smooth skin, plus recontour or augment areas.
Our non-surgical penis enlargement fillers add a thick, synthetic (non-animal) hyaluronic acid gel product to the penis through injection. This helps to naturally increase penis girth, as well as encourage hydration to the area to plump up the penis, when both flaccid and erect.
Due to the increased thickness of the penile shaft layer, the tissue becomes more resistant to shrinkage, allowing the penis to maintain a fuller flaccid state and appear longer as a result.
The glans enhancement filler is injected through a single injection point, using a cannula, so the HA gel can be placed in a fan-shaped manner to evenly distribute it across the shaft to increase the overall circumference.
The amount of filler used will depend on the amount of girth enlargement sought, whilst still achieving a natural-looking result. Most initial treatments use 15– 20 ml of product.

Am I suitable for penis enlargement?

There are very few medical reasons why men would not be suitable for our non-surgical penis enlargement treatment, but a detailed medical history will be taken.
Does penis enlargement treatment hurt?
The soft tissue filler products that we use contain added local anaesthetic, in the form of lidocaine, meaning that injecting the hyaluronic acid into the shaft of the penis can be performed with minimal discomfort.
The non-surgical penis enlargement (or glans enhancement filler) procedure can also be performed using a topical anaesthetic cream, which is applied before treatment, to aid comfort on insertion of the cannula, and where the filler product used is one without added lidocaine. Many patients find treatment to be completely pain free.
How long does the penis filler procedure take?
The penis glans filler procedure at our award-winning clinic in London will take approximately 30 – 45 minutes, depending on the amount of enlargement required.
How long is the penis enlargement treatment recovery time?
You can return to your normal activities immediately with little downtime or recovery time required. Expect some minor tenderness, bruising or bleeding at the injection point, plus redness and swelling of the penis, which should resolve within 24 – 48 hours.
You should abstain from sexual intercourse for 2-3 weeks, to avoid the risk of infection. Avoiding strenuous exercise or heavy lifting is also advised after penis enlargement treatment.
What kind of penis enlargement results can I expect?
With the use of hyaluronic acid injection, you can expect an increase in the girth or circumference of your penis of approximately 10 – 15%. With the use of more filler product we can achieved 30 – 40% increase. Careful augmentation means that the result will be natural-looking, cylindrical and aesthetically pleasing. Longer penises may require more filler product that shorter ones to achieve the desired increase in circumference.
The addition of the hyaluronic acid can also result in a slight increase in the flaccid length of the penis.
Because we use a thick HA gel, it has the effect of creating a scaffold-like structure within the penis which adds the overall volume; this means that you will notice that there is less retraction or shrinkage to the penis between erect and flaccid states.
Results from the penis filler treatment will last 15 to 18 months, with the filler being slowly metabolised by the body, reducing by approximately half after a year. Treatment will therefore need to be repeated to maintain the result and overall size increase, but the amount of filler required in repeat treatments is usually reduced.
Can non HA product be used?
