No-needle vaginal mesotherapy, using electroporation, offers this solution, as part of The O Concept™ treatment programme.
We use electroporation to literally push active anti-ageing and skin whitening serums through micro-channels in the skin, both on the inside of the vagina, and the outside on the labia, without the use of needles.
This technology enhances the trans-dermal delivery of active ingredients like hyaluronic acid and antioxidants for anti-ageing and increased skin hydration, plus skin whitening products. Product serums that we use with the electroporation include Meso Ox White which is ideal for reducing pigmentation or darkened skin on the outer vaginal area and can compliment vaginal lightening.
Active ingredients within Meso Ox products include kojic acid for whitening, glutathione a key antioxidant for the prevention of ageing, vitamin C another powerful antioxidant known to decrease the effect of the sun on the skin, liquorice extract a natural skin lightener and azelaic extract which reduces redness and inflammation.
No-needle vaginal mesotherapy, using electroporation can be used as a stand-alone treatment, or in combination with other vaginal treatments available in clinic such as labia fillers, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy of radiofrequency vaginal tightening as part of The O Concept™ treatment programme.

How does No-Needle Vaginal Mesotherapy work?
Electroporation uses a very low electrical current which when applied to the skin briefly disrupts the skin cell membrane to create tiny, transient pores or channels for the passage of topically applied serums. The cell membrane returns to normal as soon as the electrical pulse or micro-current is ceased.
This means that we can apply serums with active ingredients either directly inside the vagina for hydration and collagen stimulation or on the outer vaginal lips (labia) for whitening and anti-ageing, then use the electroporation to facilitate the penetration of the products.
By increasing the skin permeability, this gets the active ingredients deeper into the tissues where they can work much more effectively than they would by simple topical application. The use of the micro-currents also has a stimulatory effect on the skin, helping with lymphatic drainage, new collagen and elastin production and increasing tone and firmness to the area.

Am I suitable for No-Needle Vaginal Mesotherapy?
Your suitability for non-needle mesotherapy for vaginal rejuvenation and skin whitening will be assessed in a consultation with our doctor. A physical examination and detailed discussion of your medical history will be required.

You will not be suitable for electroporation if you are pregnant or breast feeding, have a (heart) pacemaker or orthopaedic implant fitted (e.g., hip replacement joint), or suffer from epilepsy or diseases related to muscle or nerve conditions.

Does No-Needle Vaginal Mesotherapy hurt?
The advantages of using electroporation for no-needle mesotherapy is that there are no injections. This means no needlestick pain, no injection points and no risk of infection.
The electroporation settings can be adjusted to suite comfort and most people find it tolerable and almost pain free.
How long does No-Needle Vaginal Mesotherapy take?
Each treatment session takes approximately 30 minutes.
Is there any downtime/recovery time following No-Needle Vaginal Mesotherapy?
There is no downtime or recovery time associated with electroporation and you can return to your normal activities immediately afterwards. Because this is a no-needle approach there are no injection sites which could cause pain during or after treatment.
You will have some transient redness and a feeling of warmth immediately after your treatment, but this subsides very quickly.
What kind of results can I expect from No-Needle Vaginal Mesotherapy?
Results are expected to last 6 to 8 months, often longer for skin whitening indications.
A programme of treatments will be recommended, once a week or fortnight for 6 to 12 weeks to achieve optimal results. The area will continue to improve in the first couple of months after your final treatment session. Annual repeat or maintenance treatments will be required to sustain longer-term results.
